Checking In
Please go to the Leasing Center
during business hours to receive your keys.
Each community has rules and
policies to make living there a pleasant experience.
You will be asked to sign our lease, rules, and
complete our resident information card with photo
identification.
Notice to Vacate
We ask all of our guests to
provide us with a 15 day notice to vacate. Your
notice can be emailed to
vacate@morgansuites.com or sent via fax to
Morgan Suites 610-265-7866. Sending a 15 day notice
to vacate will ensure you are only billed to your
vacating date.

Please return you keys to the
Leasing Center
A 15 day written notice is required before
vacating your apartment
Remember to remove all garbage and food
items when departing
Please lock your apartment door upon move
out and bring your keys to the leasing office
You are responsible for the return of all
keys, access cards, remotes and/or openers and
will be charged for any items not returned
Please leave a forwarding address with our
on site Management Office so any forgotten items
and/or mail, which is left behind, can be
returned to you
